Hire Free Lunch
Free Lunch Ltd. acts are hired out on the basis of ‘per performer – per hour’ rates. These cover the individual performer’s payment and the Agency Fee that facilitates the administration and marketing of their services.
While we predominately perform throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas, we are also happy to travel further afield.
Additional costs associated with a particular job, such as transport, accommodation or specific costume hirage or production are not included in the hourly rate and are added to the invoice on a cost reimbursement basis.
Completely new performances, or parts of them such as costumes or props can be designed to order but additional fees may be required. Advance funding will be required to facilitate sizable productions.

Standard Rate & Discounts
Our standard performer rate is available to anyone who would like to book us for their event.
Rates are priced on a per performer, per hour basis.
DISCOUNTS
We offer the following discounts on the standard rate (these are not available for the community rate)
Advance booking discount
2 months or more ahead – 5% off.
Bulk booking discount
More than 16 performer hours – 10% off.
Waikato Community Rates
For charitable or community groups, educational institutions (including schools) and non-profit, non-government or non-commercial organisations we can offer a special rate.

CONDITIONS
For events held in Hamilton or no further away than Huntly, Raglan, Morrinsville, Cambridge or Te Awamutu.
Community rates are not available for any corporate-sponsored or corporate-run events. If you’re going to hire us on this basis, we ask that you include our logo in any promotional material you put out for the event.
